If ordering to a destination where packages incur import duties and/or taxes (e.g. non-EU countries), customer as the importer is responsible for payment of any such cost. Packages that cannot be delivered due to non-payment will not be returned to us but confiscated and destroyed in the destination country without refund or compensation.
